Very kind staff who are passionate about what they do! Very helpful and accommodated my deadline.
Super friendly people. They engraved my grandsons medal in a day and we're very reasonably priced. They have som pretty fun knickknacks too.
We were looking for somewhere that could engrave some bottles with a thick metal casing. Palmgreen’s was easy to coordinate with, replied quickly, and exceeded my expectations with a super high-quality & clean laser engraving for a great price. 10/10 will work with them again.

I had my wedding ring recently resized (made bigger, not smaller) and the originally engraving needed redoing. Palmgren's was recommended by my jeweler to redo the engraving. I picked it up yesterday and it is not as large of print as the original engraving so it's hardly legible. It has two I's at the beginning and no exclamation marks even though they had a reference photo blown up when I dropped the ring off. I'll now have to have it melted down again and re-engraved somewhere else.
