We were looking for somewhere that could engrave some bottles with a thick metal casing. Palmgreen’s was easy to coordinate with, replied quickly, and exceeded my expectations with a super high-quality & clean laser engraving for a great price. 10/10 will work with them again.

What a great shop! I went to Palmgren’s to have custom engraving done on some special edition golf clubs. The staff was professional and courteous, and the order was done earlier than expected. Thank you!

I had my wedding ring recently resized (made bigger, not smaller) and the originally engraving needed redoing. Palmgren's was recommended by my jeweler to redo the engraving. I picked it up yesterday and it is not as large of print as the original engraving so it's hardly legible. It has two I's at the beginning and no exclamation marks even though they had a reference photo blown up when I dropped the ring off. I'll now have to have it melted down again and re-engraved somewhere else.

This is a hidden gem! Yet it is right here on Petaluma Blvd. They know how to repair, engrave and sell jewelry, from charms to higher end pieces. The price is right. The staff is exceptional. The owner, Ruth is a gem herself!
