Aaron is a great guy. Trust is key whenever dealing with a business, and I trust Aaron fully. If you're looking for an electric bike, you should definitely check out his shop. Highly recommend. I bought my 2024 Specialized Turbo Levo from him/them. Love it..!
My wife and I both bought Discover 2 bikes. I bought mine around April and my wife around June and we really like these bikes so much. They are quite powerful and fast as I have had mine at 28 mph. But the thing we both like so much is that they are so comfortable. These bikes are "Dutch style" bikes and the Dutch are known to make very comfortable bikes. They actually commit the time and focus to assist you in figuring out the best model, drive, weight and size ebike for your build and ergonomic comfort. Wonderful! Aaron helped me out and he fixed my bike's flat tire, and a sound issue that three other e-bike shops couldn't even figure out. They are very comfortable with pricing and are super kind there. I would definitely recommend getting your bike fixed or bought here!
Our eBike which we purchased from another vendor was having some issues. We took our eBike to Petaluma Motor Wheel to have it looked at. Not only did PMW fix our bike, they kept us informed of everything they were doing to fix it, they were very professional had great communication and were very diligent with the time spent on our bike repair.
