Was extremely disappointed with my experience! Had originally had a contract with Dee for my wedding, who was great and made me feel very comfortable. However, she sold her business and now there is a new owner! I had to call to find out that I was working with someone else! I also made a few changes which drastically increased my price. Probably the best florist I have ever worked with. I like to use local businesses, and this is one that has never let me down. Even though I'm six hours away, Petals With Pizzazz gives me customer service like I walked in, and personally supervised the arrangement, and the delivery; It's like being there and directly handing the flowers to your loved one.
