Ordered flowers for our mom online for Christmas and they were not what we ordered. Came and ordered in person for a special occasion. The woman working looked annoyed the whole time, even thought it was a very simple bouquet of flowers we wanted, told her we didnt want them cut and tapered bur when we picked them up they were everything we asked them not to do. Very disappointing experience. Will never go or recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I’m soooo disappointed AGAIN with this store!! For the second year in a row they have messed up my surprise for my mother. I live in ON and I paid a lot of $$ for 6 roses, a balloon and a card to be delivered to her on Saturday May 11 for Mothers Day.. I completely understand that deliveries don’t occur on The actual day. However, to receive them on the Thursday Before?!? Why??
