Nakeisha and her team are AMAZING! She’s very professional and efficient. Not to mention she her attention to detail and eye for beauty. I told her my wedding theme, colors, and shared a couple of photos. When I say she brought the vision together, it was magical. I had the opportunity for Petals Studio to provide decor for my husband and my 35th Anniversary Celebration and his Retirement Celebration. Nakeisha definitely understood the assignment but this is my second time using her services. The decorations were absolutely gorgeous. She and her staff went above and beyond. Thank you so very much Nakeisha and staff for your services.
I spoke with a woman named Nikita. We spoke for about five minutes about my floral needs and then she told me that she would find a time to call to discuss further and provide a floral quote. Weeks passed, I followed up, she was busy. More time passed and I didn’t end up hearing from her. When I am planning to spend thousands with a wedding vendor I expect there to be some type of communication. Nikita is unprofessional at best and unreliable at worst. Take your business elsewhere!
