I think the worst manicure. In 24 hours most of it has chipped. In addition they kept turning off my daughter’s massage chair.
This place shaved down my nail so much and put so much acetone on after that I can barely function anymore in my daily life. Its been two weeks and i still cant even use my nails to button my pants or open a can of soda because my nails are SOO thin that the smallest daily activity bends them and hurts SO BAD! Never have I ever had an experience like this. First and definitely last time for me! Also just want to add I was just one of 2 customers that day.
I love this place. Kim is fantastic at her craft. My nails always shine and last for 2.5/3weeks. She’s gentle and swift. She’s also does great waxing. Teresa is always very welcoming and checking in to make sure if I need anything throughout my time there.
Great pedicures and prices - I always get Ken for leg massage. I started going here farther away from home to see Ken cuz he’s that good. Was surprised how much cheaper Livermore is vs san Ramon. Great woman owned shop, very clean new tubs. And they aim to really make you happy!!
This place is great all of the staff is amazing and Helen is fantastic! She always does an excellent job on my nails!
