I asked for a soak off three times and was told I would be getting a soak off but instead they pried my acrylics off and left my natural nails in terrible condition. They do an ok job at applying gel but they’re super rushed, they also did not seem to be using new products for each customer. Would not recommend to anyone. Update: gel started peeling off after a week and a half

Today, I had a busy day and eventful day. Having both Ruby and Tracy go out of their way to treat me like a queen and make me feel so special .. made my day! So thankful for kind souls who go above and beyond their required tasks to make sure you’re well taken care of ! I truly felt their unconditional love!
