I order flowers on April 28, 2021 for a birthday happy. I just got a text from the the owner stating they never charge me for my purchase so, they are going to charge me today six weeks later. The owner just informed me that it was my error because I did not call them to see if I was charged. I gave them my credit card information on the day of my order. I would never use they services again. I plan to tell everyone I know in Canton how they conduct business..I wish I could post her texts messages

My experiences here have been nothing but fabulous. The owner only hires professional designers, and only lets gorgeous designs out of her shop. They also did my wedding, and completely captured my vision. The prices were unbeatable by other florists in the area, and I'm sure they wouldn't have been able to be as helpful in executing my design. The ladies at Petal and Pails where extremely helpful and I was able to get the most beautiful flower arrangement. I love going into their store, It always smells great and they have such cute stuff.
