I’m sure this company does nice florals, but I don’t think they have the proper knowledge or know-how to do floral preservation. Back in 2019 we got married. After much back and forth and continuously forking out a lot more money for random things that would get brought up over the 9 months while we waited, we finally got our bouquet. I was ok with the result at first, but pretty quickly the flowers started to look off. They have since gone completely grey and are crumbling. This place closed down quite a while ago.
I ordered on a Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday but flowers were not delivered until Friday, no communication to share the reason for delay or any update. I sent several emails and tried calling, no answer. Flowers that were eventually delivered were lovely but very disappointed by poor customer service and communication.
