We called for a very last minute service and they accommodated our needs within the hour! Pleasant and friendly even when working under pressure at a busy season! 10/10

I have to say these flowers are amazing. I never did shop here but my 14 year old son took off on his bike the day before mothers day and bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers without me even knowing. He told me on mothers day a lady helped him pick them out. He was so proud. And I loved them so much I even painted a picture of them. They looked fresh for 2 weeks and then this morning I pulled out a few to dry so I can keep them.
Petals’n Blooms really looked after me as I’d ordered directly from overseas, then realised the recipient would be away on the date I had selected for delivery. They were quick to reply to the alteration, and accommodate what was needed. The flowers were absolutely beautiful.
