There was a misunderstanding about delivery date when I ordered a flower package online for my mom’s birthday. They rectified their mistake within 24hrs. The flowers and presentation were really beautiful! Highly recommend Petals! Thanks again for making my moms day :)
Thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. - I ordered a custom bouquet for Mother's Day and the only flower I requested, was not included in the bouquet. No one attempted to get in touch with me to inform me of this so I could cancel or make another selection. - The flowers were not delivered on the day specified. Ordered flowers and the day before delivery they call to say they don’t have the flowers I ordered on their site. They promised the florist choice would be just as beautiful. I should have cancelled the order.
