Last Monday morning, I found myself in a "bouquet emergency"! The online store that I was asked to use really dropped the ball when the bouquet that I ordered arrived pre-wilted! I had to scramble to get a beautiful flower arrangement for a dear co-worker's Retirement party. I looked for a local on the internet and found Petals.
