I have sent flowers from Petals Flowers and Fine Gifts for years and was very happy with them until recently. The quality of the past few arrangements I sent progressively went downhill. The most recent purchase ($145 for premium arrangement incl. $17.75 delivery fee and $11 tip) was extremely disappointing. Every time I place an order at Petals the floral associates are extremely friendly, helpful, and polite and a pleasure to work with. The arrangements that are delivered are not just thrown into a vase, they are thoughtfully placed and arranged with care, intent, and attention to detail. Just magnificent! I look forward to each occasion that flowers from Petals will be the centerpiece!
