Awful! Placed a $75 ordered for delivery 2/21/25. Received confirmation email. No flowers delivered. Sent email requesting explanation because no one answers the phone. Crickets.
DOOOOO FUXKING NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! I ordered a dozen of roses from petals for wife 2 days before Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s Day comes, they never show up, they answered the phone saying it was in route somewhere. No text no call or nothing. They charged me $104.00 for 12 roses. They completely messed Valentine’s Day up. Not to mention I offered to pick them up myself the day before, the lady responded and said “we will take care of it”.
Awful. They had one job on Valentine's Day, deliver the flowers. Made a $100+ online order a week before V-Day and on the day of, did not deliver. Spent all day calling their number (919 718-9889) which they didn't answer and don't have voicemail configured. Had to resort to chasing them down via FlowerShop Network that handles their online transactions for Petal Florist to even get back to me at 5:47pm on Valentines Day.
