Very disappointed with this delivery experience. The driver did not knock or ring the doorbell and left the flowers outside in 20-degree weather overnight. I ordered them as a surprise for my mother-in-law’s retirement, so she had no reason to be checking outside for a delivery. It wasn’t until I followed up the next day that we realized the flowers had been sitting out all night. I contacted the company for an explanation but did not received a response.

I placed an online order on 11/11/25 and called the florist to confirm they received it. They assured me the flowers would be delivered on 11/24/25. I also received an unverified email from them that already felt questionable. My sister, who recently lost her child, never received the flowers. I called the florist repeatedly for an entire week with no answer. Then, on 12/3/25, I received an automated email claiming the flowers had been delivered, which is completely untrue. Beware — this has scam written all over it.

Excellent service and beautiful flowers. My wife loved them. The staff at the florist was top notch! Will definitely use their service again! 7-30-2025, update. As always excellent service. Beautiful arrangement and the wife really loved them!
