Highly recommend Petal and Moss, I placed an order Sunday night (not realizing the shop was closed Monday and Tuesday) and I had messaged the business that evening because I had forgot a name on the card- Nancy (the owner) responded letting me know she wasn’t sure if she’d be able to get the order out the next day as she wasn’t open and was working on a large custom order & there was also an impending snow storm in area. I'm hoping to offer some constructive feedback about a recent flower delivery order. I ordered a bouquet for a friend from Nancy, whose studio is approximately 20 minutes from the delivery location. About 15 minutes after placing the order, I received an email ( unfortunately I didn’t realize that my email wasn’t updating on my phone, so that was my fault for not noticing so that I didn’t have any new email since Tuesday) noting that the delivery address was beyond the typical $12 local delivery zone.
