I'm hoping to offer some constructive feedback about a recent flower delivery order. I ordered a bouquet for a friend from Nancy, whose studio is approximately 20 minutes from the delivery location. About 15 minutes after placing the order, I received an email ( unfortunately I didn’t realize that my email wasn’t updating on my phone, so that was my fault for not noticing so that I didn’t have any new email since Tuesday) noting that the delivery address was beyond the typical $12 local delivery zone. Nancy's local summer flower bouquet was fantastic and SO enjoyed by the recipients. We recommend Petals and Moss. Nancy is very talented and avoids the "cookie cutter" refridgerated flowers of many large florists. She is also a wonderful person and delivered promptly despite workflow pressures. My bride of 40 years is an avid gardener and highly approved of the flowers.
Just wanted to leave a few comments on how amazing Nancy was for our wedding in Rhinebeck in April. She worked with me to create a storyboard on the look we were going for. Note that we weren't spending a lot of money (as far as a floral budget on a wedding is concerned) but this did not make a bit of difference in the quality of service we received. The bouquets and centerpiece were absolutely stunning!! The work far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have been happier with our flowers and HIGHLY recommend this florist!
