Angie was great at communicating with me. I live out of town and she was extremely helpful with everything, even called a few times to make sure everything was going to work out properly with the delivery. Flower arrangement was beautiful!!
Angie arranged a beautiful arrangement of pink flowers for me with the guarantee of positive results. ☺️ There was friendly banter, and the ladies really tried to meet my request. #doghouse
I placed an online order for a funeral arrangement for my Aunt. the next morning Angie called me to confirm details. She wasn't sure if one of the flowers in the arrangement would be in stock (in her next shipment) but offered a replacement. No other florist has ever called me to confirm details! Then two days later, on delivery day, she emailed that the flowers were delivered. Again, never have I got that type of confirmation. This is service is 5 star!!! Order from Petals and Blooms!
