I am shocked by these reviews.. I had a wonderful experience with this flower shop. I needed several arrangements in a pinch for a gathering and the owner made it happen! The flowers were beautiful the price was fair and they were able to meet my last minute time frame. I highly recommend this shop! Thanks again for your help!
I would leave ZERO STARS if I could. Do NOT go through this place. They sent an entirely different bouquet of flowers from what I picked out through 1-800-Flowers. After I called to complain, they went to the recipients home, who JUST LOST HER HUSBAND, and asked for the flowers back! Took the flowers back from her with NO REPLACEMENT. DISGUSTING. Upon reading more reviews, this is what they do to people. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.
Petals to go Florist in North Branford is just awful. 2nd time there and we gave them a second chance to prove noteworthy and they are spiteful and nasty. My daughter ordered a beautiful arrangement for me as a surprise, paid extra for 4 hour delivery and on that day they did not arrive, Petals to go claimed they came and rang bell but nobody answered.
