I’ve been a frequent customer here and usually love the service. However, my experience today with the “new staff” member but i am not sure but it was my first time seeing her and it was disappointing. When I asked for blue roses, I was met with a heavy sigh and a very unprofessional attitude. As a fellow business owner, I understand being overwhelmed, but guests shouldn't feel like an inconvenience. I hope this was just an off day, as I’d hate to stop coming here.

Helped me out with handmade flowers my son made, just needed it to be wrapped as he got the wrong type of paper so came in and they did a great job. Also bought a cute bamboo plant. Little pricey, but I get I'm also paying for the service. Nice little local shop in the community to support.

I’d made a mistake on my order and contacted them quickly today to modify my request. They could not have been kinder and more accommodating. I suppose there are circumstances where this isn’t possible, but it’s good to know that if they can, they will.

We had the pleasure of working with Petals for our wedding florals, and everything was absolutely stunning. Sabyna, the owner, was incredible to work with from start to finish. I shared a few inspiration photos, and she took the time to walk me through the different flowers, what would be available for our December wedding, and what would look best!
