I noticed a small screw in my tire and needed a plug. They took my car into the shop and kept it for an hour. I know for a fact that it doesn’t take an hour to plug a tire. This is the only thing I requested them to do!!! They kept the ticket open even after they pulled my car to the front of the store. I was charged $36.67 total. The materials needed for the job was $1.28. Then they tried to sell me new tires!!!! Shame on them!!!
