This florist provided a funeral arraangement for our company for a co-work. There was suppose to be a Funeral Banner on the arrangement with the words Beloved Co-Worker. Instead of a banner, what this florist did was write "beloved Co-worker" in faded black marker on the ribbon of the bow on the arrangement. It was embarrasing for our company and myself.
