I ordered a small bouquet and a stuffy for my granddaughters first day of kindergarten. (Delivered to my daughter at Newport hospital). They didn't deliver the stuffy. They also didn't take it off my bill. What if I didn't ask if she got the stuffy? Next time I'll go through Allioops.

Ordered my family member flowers I live in TN. She worked with me on the perfect arrangement and was accommodating to me being so far away, I do appreciate her patients and kindness in that.
Called to have a same day delivery on an arrangement, to be delivered 1 mile from the shop. We discussed the flowers I wanted, and she sends me a picture prior to delivering, which I appreciated. I was not pleased with the quality considering it cost $80. Lilies were already fading and past their prime, she forgot the alstroemeria, and the Italian ruscus looked tattered and haggard.
