I worked with Jen at Petal and Leaf for bereavement flowers and she was absolutely incredible. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I requested to add a tip to the flower order and she graciously refused it. When I insisted, Jen said we should add that tip to the flower order or just call her next time I needed flowers. I called belatedly on the same day as visitation for a funeral and Kirsten answered the phone and was a day-brightener! Thank you for making sending a floral arrangement simple and timely.

I used Jen for a retirement arrangemnt this past week. The flowers were breathtaking, but the service was outstanding. I gave the incorrect address which was an error on my part. Jen went above and beyond to connect with the new location and did it with such compassion. She made my staff feel extra special on such a milestone day in their career.
