I enjoyed my visit. I felt like she listened to me a bed thoroughly read my chart.
After a year, no diagnosis or medicene prescribed- just dozens of tests and a recommendation to get a second opinions from other specialists and come back in a year. I went to a competing unit and they diagnosed me within a week. I am so sad to have wasted so much time and money. She is also overbooked and I had to wait months for a follow up visit after each battery of tests. I do not recommend.
Dr. Ricketts has seen me through rheumatoid arthritis for three years. She had paid close attention to my progress and once called on her day off because she had seen an increase in my inflammation that needed treatment. She is extremely professional, approachable, and knowledgeable.
