Gary from Pet World is awesome. He's answered question after question, made a ton of phone calls for me, and helped me out when nobody else seemingly could. great unusual fish, great prices! Excellent choice of fish, tanks and supplies. All the usual varieties and often some great surprises. Staff will work with you to order unusual fish on the rare occation they don't have any available. The fish store owner offered me a nice sultan pleco out of one of his tanks at home! This store should be shut down!!!!! I went to the store today to see if they had my cats brand of food. As I was walking into the store, there were two trashy looking workers at the register laughing and talking about personal stuff, and when I say personal I do mean personal. No one said hi to me or even acknowledged me as I walked in. The birds were missing feathers from having plucked them out from being under stress. All their water dishes were filled with feces. Pet World I have been there many times and made purchases for my parrot and my son's ferret. I have been more that satisfied with the service and help. I have found the prices to be competitive with other area stores.
Pet World is trashy They ain't friendly kinda trashy I know its mean but that's how they looked and acted and they do bring ppl to the checkout counter and and put them in front of U they're rude point blank Oh and they're puppies are OVER PRICED! $1100 for a pup is insanely!
Pet World is not a good store I found what I needed after no one even offered to help me. (One person passed by me, but didn't ask if I needed help.) Then I stood at the registers waiting to check out. No clerk in sight. No other customers in sight either. Eventually, a clerk showed up with another customer and waited on them first. So - So Their advertisements say that they accept competitors coupons, but every time I go there and try to use one, they give me a hard time and I always end up leaving dissatisfied. They have pretty fish, but I would just rather deal with the other pet stores in town and pay a little bit more. They are not very customer friendly, to say the least!
