Love this place for fish stock and supplies. Staff are always quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Their tanks are well planted and always clean and healthy looking. Super high reliability in terms of survival and illness free. For reference, we have mostly micro species tanks and a large killi fish tank, all are Walstad style. We have 2-3 fish stores we frequent from Tukwila down to Olympia, this is the farthest but the one we go to most often.
It depends on the day you go in sometimes they're friendly sometimes they act like you're bothering them kind of hitting this

Hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced! I came in ready to spend money on multiple fish and shrimp for my tanks. After taking 10 minutes to carefully pick out what I wanted, I asked an employee for help. His response? A flat “nope”—because apparently someone was on lunch.
