Can't say enough about the staff and the services received! Hard pressed to find better in any direction, service, compassionate care, cleanliness, your best friend deserves the best care I know mine dose. If that wasn't enough the services they provide for the price they charge is phenomenal!!!! Thank you for saving my best friend!
Dr. Nanci & the staff at Pet Wellness Center of Southern Illinois are amazing! My AmStaff had to undergo a big orthopedic surgery & Dr. Nanci was so kind & caring before, during & following the surgery. She kept me updated by phone to let me know when surgery began, when it was over & how she did. They kept her overnight to monitor her & Dr. Nanci called me in the evening to let me know how she was doing & again the next morning. I cannot think Dr. Nanci and her team for treating my dog and family like their own. My dog was having a medical emergency and they were the only vet that would accept us. We called about 20 different animal hospitals and vet clinics. PWCOSI truly cares about your pets.
Dr. Nancy has always been there for my dog. Early this morning my dog started to get sick. I live 30 miles from Effingham so I called pet wellness and said it was and emergency. They squeezed me in as soon as possible and even though they where busy they helped me right away and got Mer(my dog) back and realized she needed to have surgery immediately.
