First of all they were an hour late even getting to the store. Then as soon as they came in they literally started screaming at everyone that we were in the way of customers. The only reason they had customers except maybe a handful of people was because all of the dog owners who were waiting started shopping. What a ridiculously unprofessional experience and we're not even done here. Still waiting for them to finish setting up. I'm sure it's gonna get worse from here.
Even after registering and checking in online, still waiting over an hour. Went inside to check whats taking so long and they are seeing pets out of order, people who just walked up and wasnt thier turn. Ended up waiting 2 hours and decided to just leave.
I needed one shot for each of my dogs for boarding. Without my knowledge, the person checking me in added services I didn’t request, need, or want. It is very unorganized and takes much longer than necessary. The process is not clear and is very time consuming. The people actually administering the vaccines were late.
