Even after registering and checking in online, still waiting over an hour. Went inside to check whats taking so long and they are seeing pets out of order, people who just walked up and wasnt thier turn. Ended up waiting 2 hours and decided to just leave.
I needed one shot for each of my dogs for boarding. Without my knowledge, the person checking me in added services I didn’t request, need, or want. It is very unorganized and takes much longer than necessary. The process is not clear and is very time consuming. The people actually administering the vaccines were late.
