This was a terrible experience. I arrived early and clicked the link in my text to show i had arrived, 40 minutes early. Despite this, there was extreme confusion about the process and a tech was aggressively telling customers to get in a physical line and stop waiting on a text. Too many of the dogs were anxious and causing a lot of stress for the other dogs. I would strongly suggest that you do the pre-registration and sit in your car with the air conditioner on. Make sure that you have plenty of water for your dogs. Do not go into the store until you receive the text message telling you that it’s your time. But other than that as soon as you go in the store and it’s your time they register you in very quickly. I recently used Pet Vet for the first time for my puppy’s first vaccination. I found the vet and technician to be knowledgeable and all of my questions were answered. Although there was a bit of a wait, the lower price and quality of service were well worth it. I would definitely recommend them.
