I will never take any of my fur family here again! My dog was misdiagnosed at a steep price. (blood work, meds) They drained anal glands as part of the treatment bringing my pet back to me with a bloody rear end and swollen rectum!! 63$ to drain them alone, what?? I followed up with my regular vet, he was appalled. Drive past this vet!! Now my puppy has a chronic illness listed on his insurance! His regular vet reran blood work, he doesn't have what they claimed.

I’m about to vent my ass off because I’m pissed! 1. I woke up to Moonlight screaming!! I thought it was one of my nightmares I’ve been having but it’s not the case 2. Def 5 stars besides the long wait (in my opinion because I was so anxious lol and shift change) they were phenomenal! Definitely worked with me, explained everything, let me cry my eyes out (I’m a cryer with stress and everything else). My girl came home with lots of meds, but she’s doing so much better in just 48HRS! I’m so beyond thankful! ❤️
Took our precious Maltese there for an emergency. Even though they checked her out (hopefully thoroughly), the front desk was more concerned about collecting their deposit, upfront, than caring for our pet. Money, first and foremost. Not caring about our nervousness and fright. First response when we walked in was "we'll have to collect a deposit" - while I still had my pet in my arms. Pitiful.
