We can’t thank Pet Urgent Care of Wesley Chapel enough. Our pup, Frankie, got into something he shouldn’t have, and they were open at 3 a.m. when we needed help most. The team — especially Dr. Thornhill, Dr. Jordan, Sandra, our vet tech, and the rest of the staff— were so kind, professional, and genuinely cared for him. They kept us updated during his overnight stay, even letting us visit, and were upfront about costs (even refunding about a fifth of our payment when it wasn’t needed).
