We recently visited Pet Urgent Care of Wesley Chapel and were greeted with the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our urgent care emergency was treated with a quick response. The veterinarian on staff was professional and kindhearted. I was referred to this office by my sister who also loves this office. We highly recommend coming here for all of your pet’s healthcare needs.
This is a new place for us and I couldn't be happier. The establishment is very clean, big and bright. The staff is very attentive & very nice & caring. I love Dr Bridges with meeting her for the first time. She listens to you and gives you feedback. She genuinely cares about you and ur pet. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs an emergency visit.
I brought my cat Esprit in for digestive evaluation on Sunday afternoon and was so happy to know they were able to see her. The staff was so welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. The receptionist Lenore was so friendly and helpful as well as vet techs Ella, didn't get the other name. She weighed Esprit and was so caring with her. Thank you Dr. Jones for examining Esprit. We had a wonderful experience at this vet clinic! Our dog accidentally ate socks last night, and we were very worried, so we brought him in. The team was incredibly caring, professional, and reassuring. They safely made him vomit and handled everything so smoothly and efficiently. We truly appreciate how well they took care of our fur baby and how they made a stressful situation much easier for us. We are very happy with the care we received and highly recommend this clinic to all pet parents!
When I brought Jojo in on Thursday, everyone was friendly and professional. I was out promptly.
