Awesome place. Staff at the front was super helpful and kind. Dr. Palmer quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my dog and recommended a few courses of action. I opted for a procedure to treat the ear infection and they were quick and thorough and now my Monty's doing so much better! Definitely recommend this place!
Pet emergencies cost a lot of money, but the staff is worth it! Unfortately, we have a dog that eats everything and I'm sure we'll be seeing them again.

My care was 5 star but I had to deduct one for wait time. 2.5 hrs right at opening time is a long, long time , whether it could be helped or not.
My 12 yr old female pug, Belle, had blood in her pee which warranted an urgent care visit. We both did not sleep through the night (early morning) before as she struggled to pee and I called in that same morning. Natasha was incredibly professional and her customer service was outstanding from scheduling over the phone, during the visit, and through checkout. Dr. Clark attended to us and was very kind and thorough with the UTI diagnosis and medicine instructions. Belle and I thank you all! She is all better.
