We brought our 20 year old dog in at 10 at night for an emergency. We called ahead, and they were waiting for us at the side door. Our elderly dog did not survive, but the incident was handled with care & professionalism by the staff. They were there for a very bad night, and although we were not regular clients we were treated with kindness and empathy.

I was very pleased with the kindness and professionalism of this staff on treating my puppy on a holiday. I am so happy they were open and for my puppy's care. I very much recommend them.

first visit was great - this time called bcs cat has UTI, in litter box all evening, night and this morning and not urinating at all which is an emergency - was told they couldn't fit me in until next week or I could come after 5 for urgent care, I told her I can't afford urgent care prices - she was very unsympathetic and unhelpful on the phone - should not be a person dealing with clients because of her attitude. Found another vet nearby who can fit me in this morning so switching to them!!
