What a great family owned store !! The guys working at the store are so kind and polite , they even carry bags for customers to your car ! Chris .. What a kind man helping kittens and adult cats to find new homes . The store is very clean and the couple of cats ( security cats :) ) sure make this one very awesome place to get ALL your pet supplies . If it's not in stock , no problem they order it . Great place !!!!!

the customer service is amazing, everyone is very knowledgeable and so nice. LOWEST prices in town with a HUGE selection and better selection then any other pet store in Valencia. You will also see cats walking around the store and Ozzie the cockatoo store mascot :)
