GREAT place to go. we've got 3 very different dogs we bring, shitzu, border collie, and boxer mix. they go to the groomer for shaves, baths, and nail trims. Rick in the store helped me out a great deal. the boxer figured out how to slip out of his collar. he's a big boy (97lb) and Rick helped me track down a harness that would fit him. it was fit perfectly and was exactly what i wanted. he made sure that i knew that the harness would give him more pulling power, so that it wouldn't be a mistake getting it for him. Best personalized customer service ever! We love supporting small businesses over all but especially those that have a passion for what they do. We loved the groomers that are attached to this warehouse too. All great businesses in one location. We are happy that we found a new groomer and pet supply store since we've moved to Plainfield. Check them out!
I've taken my dog there twice, so far, for grooming and they did a superb job. Everyone I interacted with there were polite, friendly and helpful.
Recently got our dog's nails trimmed and found out there's a whole wonderland for him here! Really knowledgeable staff helped us pick out some new toys for our super chewer. Going to look into some training classes soon. Count on us being regulars from now on!
