Pet Supplies Plus Valrico is a well-run store with excellent customer service. The staff is always attentive and helpful. They offer a great selection of pet supplies, food, and treats, along with convenient features like a self-service dog wash and mini bakery. Always a pleasant shopping experience.
Everytime I visit this place there’s a new policy that makes me never want to come back. The micromanaging of the pet wash is the newest thing , if you’re going to put people on a list to use the wash you might as well start an online portal so people can purchase their ticket and get in line virtually so they don’t drive from a city 30 minutes away to be told it will be a 30-45 minute wait. Highly disrespectful of a customer’s time.
