I visited this store in August 2026 looking for hornworms for my bearded dragon. Upon entering, I witnessed staff drama that immediately raised a red flag. Two employees then incorrectly told me they didn’t have hornworms, before a third employee found the only container in stock. The container had clearly been opened and contained only three hornworms instead of the usual five or more.
