I’m a picky dog mom. My mini schnauzer, Sgt Pepper, goes exclusively to Pet Supplies Plus Fort Mill store for grooming. He is treated like the royalty he thinks he is by Amanda (his second ranked bff and favorite groomer ever) and the rest of the staff. The groomers here do wonders with each dog they see, and they work hard make each dog feel as comfortable as they can be. The manager at this store is extremely rude, I won’t be shopping here in the future
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here from the retail to the grooming. The employees are all so kind and attentive to my dogs. Everyone knows them by name when we come in. Amanda has groomed our two doodles for several years and I can’t say enough good things about her. She’s the most loving dog person I’ve ever met and we love her to death! Highly recommend to anyone with pets, but especially if you need grooming services. 10/10.
