For sure lost a long time customer with the General Managers nasty attitude and lack of customer service. And people wonder why everyone turns to online ordering. Now my dog food will come to my door with no issues what so ever. And on a reoccurring delivery too. If you want customer service do NOT go to the Clearwater Pet Supplies Plus.
