The store manager Nancy does not know how to treat customers. Absolutely a horrible experience. It’s a shame bc the rest of the staff is great.

DO NOT BUY SMALL ANIMALS FROM THIS STORE/location!!! They are selling sick guinea pigs! On June 28th I bought my 3 year old son a guinea pig (I’ve had experience with every type of animal and work at an animal shelter also). Once we got him home I realIzed he was sneezing quite a bit so I changed the brand of bedding two times thinking it could be the dust making it sneeze, fast forward to yesterday July 4th we took him out to play and he had boogers dripping out of his nose, sneezing and you could tell he wasn’t healthy... ... read more
