We TRIED to use the grooming services. I called to ask if we could move my dogs appointment back 15 mins in which they agreed. They told me as long as I wasn’t 30 minutes late it would be fine. We arrive a couple minutes after 15 minutes but before 30. They still turned us away saying that they would not have time. Why would you agree for us to be late and then had away when we get all the way there. Super unprofessional. Extremely unhappy.
We used the grooming service for the first time on our poodle. She didn't even smell clean! Her cut isn't even and they charged us a ton of money! We are extremely unhappy. We will not be back!
