I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Pet Supplies Plus grooming department today! Not only were they able to fit us in for a teeth cleaning and nail grinding, they had an abundance of nice things to say about my girl Pepper and the way they treated her was absolutely wonderful! She was nervous about getting on the table so the groomer laid on the floor. SHE LAID ON THE FLOOR TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR MY DOG!!!! I’ve never been to any other groomer that would’ve done that. Their grooming facilities go above and beyond! Had a foster in there today just to get cleaned up for a potential adoption. They were efficient, gentle and so sweet to him and he came out looking and smelling great. They even took photos! So so happy ❤️

Great customer service. Associates are very knowledgeable of store products and different types of dog food. Love that you now have a place to wash your dog and a grooming salon🐾🐾
Such kind staff and we love the pictures during the holidays.
They go out of their way to help you with anything you need. They recently discontinued a pet food my dog loves and they were very helpful in ordering a case for me that took a few days to come in. The manager, Jill is also right there to help with any concern.
