Great helpful staff. Well stocked store
My family have been taking our dog here for grooming for around 5 years, as well as buying food for our cats/dog and mice for our snake. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this store after today. We arrived to pick up our dog from grooming and the haircut and other services we requested were not completed, and we were told that she was no longer welcome for grooming after having been a customer for 5 years. The dog wash station had watered down soap, one of the hoses didnt produce warm water. Me and my friend had to share a hose to wash our 2 dogs. The groom loops are frayed and old. One of the blow dryers is not strong at all. But the soap really got me. Really?? I’ve been to multiple psp’s I happen to go to this one because it was closest to the dog park we were at. It’s highly embarrassing. We won’t be going to this location for our baths anytime soon unless there’s improvements done.
