Jade the manager from the store went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver dog food dog treats and the salt for my saltwater tank today. I am out of her delivery area but she was happy to help out anyway. huge thank you 😊❤️
The staff there are terrific. I wasn’t even shopping, just went in to see if a dog that was running around in the area might be a customers and they hurried out to try to detain him cause he wouldn’t let me close enough to check his tags even though I had treats. I hope they got him home!
This location is close to me and I really always enjoy the employees; employees who are welcoming mean that they like their jobs. I continue to have good experiences at this location but today was the best as the associate helped me find water fountains for my kitties to replace a (what turns out to not be broken) fountain. Instead of taking back the new one, I just added it so they have more running water!
I started going to Soldan’s years ago, when I had a Persian cat who benefitted from a special diet. It became a tradition for my kids and I to stop in and look at all the animals, pet the rescue kittens and buy supplies. We got our hamsters there ten years ago. Plus all the supplies and habittrails! The hamsters have been gone for a while, but we still enjoy stopping by!
