We adopted a very difficult puppy and I found the staff and selection at this store to be exceptional. They carried items that were all natural and healthy. The staff was highly knowledgeable and helped us pick things out that would help our growing puppy and even talked with us and gave us tips on additional things to try. The day after I bought a fish for my daughter it died, I called and asked if they'd replace it, they said bring it in, they could look up the receipt. I get there the guy gives me the 3rd degree, treats me like crap, like I'm running some scam to get a $5 fish. I told them they could keep their fish, I'd take my business elsewhere.

I purchased two society finches two days ago from a group of about 10 to 15 in the cage. All looked to be in good health, but their claws were so overgrown, that they constantly are getting hung in the wires of the cage. I have to assume they are all the same way, this is negligent, to say the least.

I have been using this store for years for my pet needs and have never had a bad experience. The employees are always very helpful and nice. I have moved out of the county and I still come to this store. I am back in the county but off of Archer Rd and I still prefer this store over ones closer to me.

I literally never get assistance in this store. I have to ask 3 - 4 times for an employee to help out with the the fish or getting an item from the upper shelves. After 25 minutes of waiting... I just bagged my own fish and walked out. No one noticed since the employees were at the front screwing around with each other.

The staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. The store is on the smaller side so selection is slightly limited but they still offer a very good variety for pets beyond just cats and dogs. Plus, they do cat adoptions on the weekends!

they will sell anything just to make a sale ,,,, they sold me an eel said it was a HARMLESS community fish, same day sold me 55 neons gave me 65,nice ,,, in 1 week all the neons were eaten by the eel ,I SAW THE EEL EAT THEM ,,, IN A 120 GAL TANK ,, told them the manager said I should of known better ,,, REALLY ,,,, I KNOW BETTER NOW NOT TO BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

My wife and I went in to buy a rat for our Ball python and treats for our dog We were asked by a young lady who was working there what we needed. I told her we needed a large rat. She returned to tell us they did not have a large rat all they had were medium rats. I told her we would take a medium rat. I always have a great experience at this store. The people are friendly and very helpful. If they do not have what you need, or if you have a ? that they do not know, they will look it up for you. I am so happy that they put this store here
