Awww. I rescued a little puppy this morning that was running for its life at the intersection of Carson Road and Red Hollow Road. It was a pretty little mixed breed girl that appears to be about 10 weeks old. Without thinking, I threw on my hazard lights, jumped out of the van, and snatched that baby up to safety. Pet supermarket fish department used to be amazing people. They were personable, I got to know them and they knew my fish and my tank. I was there not long ago, a complete change of staff. The two female employees were helpful. New manager is a real piece of work-I have nothing positive to say about him. After several years of being a loyal customer , I will not go back.
Every time I walk in the store the young ladies working there are kind, helpful and very focused on customer service. They're really awesome ladies that take a deep interest in every animal and they work for options for all of us dealing with supply chain issues that have nothing to do with them or the business itself.
Totally pleased with everything about this store starting with the organization only exceeded by the friendly and professional service given. Am pleased to give them support as my go to for pet services, and Jason gives sterling attention and service satisfaction. He left every question I had with knowledgeable and supportive response. But thanks to all there too!!

Best place in town to shop for your pets~~~except for pet clothing which they have none of.
The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. They also gave me a coupon for savings and went so far as to price match and save me more money.
Great! Came in for supplies while cleaning my fish tank. Staff was attentive and very helpful. I found what I needed and will be back for new Fish in a week or so. The place had a lot of customers and was clean. Lots of varieties of animals all looked healthy.
