Found a dead hamster in a cage, told the manager and she was apologetic. Then found a dead snake--which they claim was alive that morning and was still alive then but they couldn't get it to move for me. It looked all dried up and shriveled--they said it was just about to shed. Reptile cages were very dirty, including the snakes--many pieces of excrement which would mean cages have not been cleaned in weeks. Water filthy.
