Everyone that works in the Winter Haven store are fantastic people. I have never had an issue with customer service and the employees are always willing to help with a smile 😃. I give them all 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. This is a 6 ⭐️ business, with 10 ⭐️ employees. Oh, I also love your fish selection. 🐠🐟❤️😁 🐢
Love the staff, Everytime I come in I am asked if I need help and always asking about my furkids and fosters.
Went in for a return today and was profile as if I didn't pay for the things I was returning and had a receipt all 5 employs surrounded me and all wanted to see the same receipt this is a store African Americans wouldn't want to go to cause they will profile you... Sad but so true if I was white they wouldn't have surrounded me at all.. Would never shop here again and will let all my 5000 friend on Facebook know about this also....
