We walk in to get dog food I am required to use a hand sanitizer they have out on an open table, I kindly declined and proceeded into the store, I was again told to use the hand sanitizer. I asked how many people had touched that sanitized and if it was alcohol free to which I was told they clean the bottles after every use. I declined again and walked out as Chewey is easier to deal with. Nobody was cleaning those sanitizer bottles after every use as I watched 3 people after me go in and nothing was cleaned. Tried to return an unused wireless fence - with receipt - no dice $337 in store credit , after we were told we could get a corporate check refund - awful customer service .
Very disappointed that both beta fish we bought yesterday died within hours of each other. We have had betas before so we know what we are doing. Fish were listless in the sore, should have known better. WIll never buy a fish or animal from this store again.
