Management sucks. worse customer service I have seen in a pet store. Dont bother take your money elsewhere
RecommendedI am so glad my husband and I stopped here. we fell in love with a little green cheeked conure there. We just came in for fish and lizard food. The staff is genuinely caring and concerned about there clients and animals. Dallas and I will be forever grateful for our little Mango. Thank you to Amanda, Lauren and Kate. We will be back soon to bring back the borrowed cage!!! TY.
Great store, called to let me know I forgot something at the store.
I buy my geckos crickets there and the staff is very knowledgeable especially Jose.he really knows a lot about reptiles and such.everyone there are so nice to.
They have a great variety of everything. Leashes, food etc.. Our favorites are the Birthday cookie options. We take our dog here every year on his birthday. He picks his cookie and a new toy. We stock up on other items like dental gels, toothbrushes, etc.. Great Prices too!
Awesome staff! Incredibly knowledgeable as well as helpful. I go out of my way to come here over the other chain pet supply stores. Definitely wish they didn’t sell animals :( other than that, I really like it here.
So our puppies got big really quick and we had some puppy things we never got a chance to use as a result. I went to Pet Supermarket today on 13th street and they were so helpful and patient in helping us exchange these items for things that actually fit our dogs now. I did not have my receipt and didn’t realize I had a VIP account which allowed them to find our purchase easily. I rarely make posts about businesses. I have to be really impressed and I was. Highly recommend!

The management team is completely dissociated from its associates and surprisingly rude to customers. This store is about sales, not service, especially compared to other Pet Supermarkets. Save your money and find a better pet store.
