RecommendedI don’t know about all the other Budgies they have for sale but the one I bought, is the sweetest and cuddliest Budgie ever!! Soon as I brought him home, he demanded out of his cage and wanted to ride around on my shoulder instead, and has refused to go back in his cage. Eats right out of my hand too! ❤️
I purchased a dog harness two days ago, the sales clerk said if it doesn’t fit (because a she’s in between sizes) just bring it back and exchange it. I came in today to exchange it and as of today they no longer do returns or exchanges?!? WTH?!? And the staff was extremely RUDE about it. I didn’t buy on Amazon and pair twice as much here because I wanted to keep it local during this time even though this is still a chain it employs locals. DS system the assistant manager is a real jerk
This place is a joke. They house their reptiles completely incorrectly, as well as gives INCORRECT advice on how to care for them. They know nothing about tarantulas despite having them every now and then. If you go later at night (after 8 pm) employees are just standing around joking off instead of restocking shelves or even making the place look presentable.
Always knowledgeable , friendly and supportive of rescue groups.
My daughter bought a baby bunny from this store and he is in critical condition after two days of owning him. He was taken to the vet asap that we were told they take their animals to and when we called to inform them to help us with the medical attention that they said they would take care of they denied our services and told us we had to bring the bunny who by the way is on iv drips and in an incubator at the Aloha Vet Hospital at this time, into their store so they can take care of him by just bringing him right back to A... read more
They do not care about the animals. They sell animals that are ill and then don't help the customer with the medical bills. How awful!! Such a disappointment!!
