They have what you need I really like having a local pet store right down the street from my house. And I can most definitely say that there isnt anything that I have needed that they didnt have. The staff is always willing to help you and their pricing isnt bad either.

1 employee helpful, 1 not so helpful The first employee I asked to help me dissappeared and I didnt see her again until about 10 minutes later walking drinking a can of soda in the back, I was very upset since I needed help finding something. Then I asked another employee and she was so helpful, she even printed me up some material to help me care for my new pet fish.

Good Stuff Ok Prices I went to this store once to see if they had gerbil food for our degus (http://degus.org).They did have it but it was little pricey for what we were willing to pay.So I would say this store has almost everything you would need you just need to pay a little more for it. PROS: Lots Of Stuff CONS: Little Pricey

great service... fair price The perfect mix of reasonable pricing and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a reasonably priced holistic food for my cat. A young lady in the store pointed me toward the wellness products. The product itself is not cheap. But the only other place in town that carries it charges about ten dollars more for their 13lb bag!

Angela is great--service is personalized and reliable This place should be called "Angela's Pet Supermarket", because she is familiar with every item, and she knows what the customer needs, as soon as they ask, or she will try to find out. The store seems to have everything--not cheap, but good quality.

Questionable knowledge of staff Terrible experience. I am VERY disappointed that I was guided to buy 7 fish for a 10-gallon fish tank (one larger fish). Lost 2 fish within 10 days. They have a 3-day return policy and were reluctant to take back one additional fish that was being attacked in the tank. Please be cautious about purchasing fish from this store and don't assume the staff is knowledgeable.

Great Service and a lot of Knowledge WONDERFUL STAFF with a lot of knowledge on all things pet. There is one male employee there who knows a lot about fish, and he was very helpful with my new 30 gallon aquarium setup. Another girl there actually got out equipment and cleaned a fish tank for me just to show me exactly how to care for and clean my aquarium. The manager was very friendly and showed genuine interest in my dog's shedding problem. She explained the VIP program to me (basically buy ten bags and get the 11th free) ... read more

Better shopping experience than larger chains My favorite thing about the Pet SuperMarket stores is that they offer a frequent shopper card. After buying 9 bags of dog or cat food, you earn one free. That is enough to keep me going back to their stores. However on top of that, they also have a friendly staff and plenty of options of items in their stores.

Great pet supply store! We came here to buy my daughter a hermit crab and was very pleased with the selection. They have everything you could need for pretty much any pet. The staff is very knowledgable and very willing to sit and talk with you about everything you need to know about caring for your pet.
