A cashier in your store this morning when asked why she was not wearing a mask told a customer she didn’t have to wear a mask because she had asthma and that the customer could leave if she did not like it. So, no I do not recommend Pet Supermarket. You may not wear a mask for medical reasons but that is no excuse to be rude to a customer. This is the Pet Supermarket in Highland Shopping Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina.
I was treated very rudely this morning by the cashier. I asked if they were supposed to be wearing masks (there is a sign on the door that says they are required but that apparently only applies to customers). She told me that she had asthma and a doctors note and if I didn’t like it I could leave. I guess the other employee has a note too cause she wasn’t wearing one either. they've got quite a few exotic animals & birds & reptiles/fish. Great customer service.
I shop there a lot for a variety of things from fish supplies, bird supplies, snake and lizard supplies and dog supplies. The experience is always great. Today staff went above and beyond to continue to help the community by giving away an over abundance of donations! Thank you for giving back!
This super store is my go to shop for pretty much all my pets needs. They're friendly and always eager to be as helpful as possible. I like that the store is clean and I feel comfortable bringing in my dogs. It's great to see them taking in shelter cats now as it's one step closer to helping the adoption of shelter animals. All in all I'm super grateful for our Pet Supermarket!
They always have what I need for my pets. Love this place.
