RecommendedI’ve gone to Pet Supermarket on numerous occasions. I have several animals- I’m a veterinary professional and have 3 dogs, 2 cats, a snake, and fish. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences every time I’ve gone to this store. I’ve made a point to find out the names of two specific employees that always go above and beyond and are ridiculously good at their jobs. I’ve been shopping here for years and as of today, it will be my last day. Desiree as a “manager” is a bad example of customer service. She argues with customers and I actually called to inform the manager about it and she said she was the manager. Then she proceeded to hang up on me without any further discussion, when I asked who HER supervisor was that I could speak with. DO NOT recommend this place.
Yesterday I was kicked out of Pet Supermarket in Daphne, Alabama for not wearing a mask. It is your choice as a business to make this move and my choice to never support you again. I will gladly spend my $$$ elsewhere. Goodbye!
I can not say enough about these guys and gals up at there!! my kids and I go in every chance we get! My daughter is 11 and she absolutely loves Chandler and Alex! They are so nice and full of info. and she ask tones of questions. and they always have an answer! We have got many of animals from then. we are always pleased with the service and the animals! I have not enough words to Express to say thanks to this group and store!! fav! fam!!😍
I went with a friend to return a large purchase and Athena and Chandler were extremely helpful. They both went above a beyond their “job description”. I would recommend any needs for your pets to go to Pet Supermarket!!!!
I took in about 30 young female guppies today to get rid of them. Everyone was very sweet and helpful, only took a minute to do, and then let me exchange them for 6 beautiful males. Beautiful store and amazing employees!
Employees are super nice, friendly & helpful I love this place!!
