Excellent experience with this company and Steve!! He was very professional and honest! We installed our fence many years ago and it stopped working many years ago so we presumed it would need to be replaced but Steve was able to repair it quickly and his prices are very fair. I would highly recommend this company!! Thanks for helping us keep our fur-babies safe!
Very friendly and professional. We had a break in our pet safe fence and they fixed it within minutes of arriving. I did not use them for installing the fence, but I wish I did!
Great service! Wish we called sooner
Called during Covid for breaks in our fence. He could not come out. Gentleman answering phone was informative and gave some guidance to address situation myself.
We have a Golden Retriever in Clarkston. Steve installed the fence about three years ago and it has been very good. His follow up after the sale was top notch making sure our dog was safe. most recently he replaced a malfunctioning collar/ receiver under a lifetime warranty free of charge. I really appreciated his prompt follow up. If your looking for an invisible fence call Steve at Pet Stop in Ortonville. Service like this is hard to find these days.
